We are an Award-Winning Song and Song Idea Publisher who offers partially written, as well as completed songs
directly to recording artists everywhere, via email for the express purpose of creating hit songs for and with your artists. I've spent a lot
of time on tour busses and know first hand how busy your and your artist's schedules
are, which is what originally led me to offer this new and very unique service. :)
Our writers include Grammy
Nominees as well as some of the biggest and best songwriters in the
business. The list of Major Label artists who co-write with our writers
and/or have recorded one or more of our songs is a veritable "Who's
Who" of today's Country Music. Our Starters and songs have become
Multi-Week, Multi-Chart #1s, including the Billboard 2008 Most-Played Country Song Of The Year! (James Otto's
"JUST GOT STARTED LOVIN' YOU"). We pride ourselves on our
success rate of matching the right Songstarter with the right artist.
How does it work?
Simple. Call us at 615-319-4665, or better yet, email me directly at jimfemino@verizon.net and tell me
what artist(s) you have who are currently getting ready to start their next
record and give me your, and the artist's road manager's name and email
address. I'll sift through our catalog of Starters, or write a Starter
specifically for your artist based on what you tell me they're missing for the
record, (eg: a tempo, show opener...) then I'll email the Starter(s) to you and
the road manager asking you both to "Please forward this email to your
artist.". We'll wait about a week or so to hear back from your
artist as to whether or not they're interested in finishing the song for their
project before we move on to offering it to someone else. If they like it
and do want to finish it, we’ll schedule a co-write with the writer and your
artist to finish the song, or your artist can finish it by him/herself or even
with a third writer (Usually their favorite co-writer. We do put a cap on
three total writers tho'.). And yes, we come to you; in town, on
the road or wherever is convenient for you or your artist, or they can finish
it without us present. We'll just need a worktape of the finished song
for our catalog. Can't get more simple than that!
So…, three steps. 1. Let us know which artists of
yours are cutting and what they’re looking for. 2. We'll email you
a couple of Starters to forward to your artist. 3. I/we and your
artist take it from there, hopefully to the top of the Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart! It wouldn't
be the first time we've done it! :)
